Yes, you must register for each separate event so that we have the most current information for your business. Think of it as an RSVP to let us know you are coming to the show! Please check our website www.jogsshow.com for updates regarding registration information.

This is a Trade only event – qualified buyers and industry professionals only. This show is NOT open to the public. JOGS International Exhibits is a wholesale business to business marketplace. As this is a place of business, no one under the age of 16 is allowed on the show floor, no exceptions.

Click on the registration box at the upper right corner of this page. If registration happens to be closed for a particular show, you can sign up to receive an email reminder once registration is open.

There is no cost to attend as a qualified Buyer.

To be qualified as a buyer you must provide a business license or sales tax ID# to prove you can purchase wholesale goods.

If you are registering onsite you will need to provide at least 2 of the following documents:

• Business license or Tax ID #
• Business card
• Resale certificate
• Company check or company credit card

Once you register online you will receive an automated email confirmation to confirm your registration. This confirmation will be sent to the email address you provide so it is very important for us to have your direct email address so you can receive your confirmation. If you register by fax or mail, you will only receive an email confirmation if you have completed all the required demographics and provided an email address. Please note: Please allow up to 2 weeks for fax or mail registrations. If you still have questions regarding your registration please call our registration department toll free (213) 629-3434. 

Badges will be mailed to the primary attendee of the registration around the month of November. In case you do not receive your badges by mail you must print and bring your confirmation page to the show site to print out your badge. Just like you do at the airline when you print your boarding pass.

YES! JOGS negotiates special hotel rates for our trade show. We encourage you to book your hotel at one of our official hotels. Note that jogs runs a free shuttle on a daily basis to transport you back and forth to the show. To book your hotel please visit hotel & travel section of our website for more information. • Trade only event – not open to the general public, a person must be a qualified buyer to attend.
• No strollers or wheeled bags (larger than 18″ H x 12″ W) on the show floor at any time.
• No one under the age of 16 on the show floor at any time. No exceptions. • No camera/video recorders at any time.
• No smoking.
• Attendee hereby releases Nielsen Business Media from any and all liability, claims, lawsuits, damages, losses, costs and expenses of any kind which arise out of/or result from attendee’s attendance at the event, whether or not foreseeable, including without limitation, personal injuries to exhibitor or his/her invitees.

No, unfortunately there is no wheelchair or scooter rentals within the Javits Center.

JOGS will provide a visa letter for each attendee who requests it.

Once you have completed your registration to JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show, please email registrations@jogsshow.com to request an invitation letter from JOGS International Exhibits. You will receive an invitation letter within 2 business days. Please note that an invitation letter is not decisive in determining whether or not the Visa will be issued.
