Minerals & Specimens at the Tucson Gem Show

Gemstone dealers from around the world come to the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show to sell their breathtaking specimens including giant raw rubies, tourmalines in quartz, giant cathedrals, quartz slices, and minerals of all sizes, shapes and colors. The JOGS Show has international dealers from 26 countries, all bringing their best minerals to the Tucson Gem Show. These exhibitors are looking forward to meeting collectors, rock hounds and hobbyists looking for high-quality specimens to add to their collections.

International dealers bring their best stocks of minerals and specimens, including Madagascar, Brazil, Peru, Pakistan, Thailand, Mexico, Hong Kong, Uruguay, India, Nepal and the United States.

If you are seeking large decor pieces, the Stone and Mineral Decor Pavilion also hosts some amazing finds every year. In past years, the Show has showcased a 13 foot tall amethyst cathedral geode, enormous orange citrine geodes, giant quartz slices, quartz geodes sliced in half to use as a table base, and a giant amethyst geode big enough to be a bathtub.

Amateur collectors and those looking for crystals won’t feel left out at the Show either – although there are a large amount of beautiful high-quality specimens, it’s still easy to find affordable crystals and minerals straight from the earth.
