Refunds for General Admission Tickets:
Refunds for General Admission tickets are only available prior to the start of the show. Requests for refunds will not be honored after the show has begun. General Product Purchases at the Show:
If purchases are made directly through an exhibitor at the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show, it’s important to understand that any refund or return requests typically need to be addressed directly with that exhibitor. In such cases, the exhibitor’s policies and procedures for returns and refunds will apply. It’s advisable to inquire about the exhibitor’s specific refund and return policies at the time of purchase to ensure a clear understanding of the process.
Admission to the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show varies:
For Wholesale attendees, admission is free with registration. However, for General Public attendees, there is an admission fee. This means that Wholesale attendees can access the show at no cost by registering, while members of the General Public need to purchase tickets for admission.
Both Wholesale attendees and the General Public have the opportunity to make purchases at the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show. However, it’s important to note that General Public attendees may not have access to wholesale prices and are more likely to encounter retail prices when making purchases. This means that while both groups can enjoy the show’s offerings, Wholesale attendees often benefit from exclusive pricing advantages not available to the General Public.

The City of Tucson will not be providing GemRide shuttle service this year. Shuttle service is provided exclusively by MS Transportation. Routes generally run at 15-20 minute intervals.

No children under the age of 14 are allowed at the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show for the following reasons:
