After approving your product JOGS Show representative will contact you and guide through the process of the booth assignment. To finalize the exhibitor's registration you will need to fill out JOGS Show contract and submit required deposit in order for JOGS Tucson Gem and Jewelry Show to secure your reservation and assign an exhibit space to your company.
JOGS Tucson Gem Show wishes to attract dealers who will provide quality ‘rockhound’ merchandise at a fair price for B2B and B2C buyers. We do not accept dealers offering lines of merchandise unrelated to the gem, jewelry and mineral products. To provide a variety of merchandise, dealers are selected from the following categories: lapidary, faceting, jewelry, carving, beads, equipment, minerals, and fossils.
Dealers are evaluated for our show based on quality of merchandise, appearance of booth, and service to customers. The JOGS Show team decides the number of dealers in each category each year, taking into account the overlapping of dealer merchandise lines.
Quality and price should be such that the dealer would be willing to offer a 100% money back refund to any dissatisfied customer returning goods in the same condition as purchased and accompanied by proof of purchase. However, we do not require this policy as customer complaints coming to our attention are handled on an individual basis.
If you are interested in being considered for a space in the JOGS Show, please fill out the Application to Exhibit form (below) and attach to it photos of your display booth/merchandise from other shows, of a sampling of the merchandise to plan to sell, etc. Applications without clear merchandise line description and photos showing type of merchandise offered for sale will not be considered.
