Requirements for Retailers in the USA:
If you’re a retailer in the United States, please provide one of these documents:
  • Business License
  • Tax Certificate
  • Sales and Use Tax Permit related to the Gem or Jewelry industry.
For International Retailers:
If you’re an international retailer, we’ll need:
  • A copy of your Passport or DNI number.

Refunds for General Admission Tickets:

If purchases are made directly through an exhibitor at the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show, it’s important to understand that any refund or return requests typically need to be addressed directly with that exhibitor. In such cases, the exhibitor’s policies and procedures for returns and refunds will apply. It’s advisable to inquire about the exhibitor’s specific refund and return policies at the time of purchase to ensure a clear understanding of the process.

Admission to the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show varies:
For Wholesale attendees, admission is free with registration. However, for General Public attendees, there is an admission fee. This means that Wholesale attendees can access the show at no cost by registering, while members of the General Public need to purchase tickets for admission. 

Both Wholesale attendees and the General Public have the opportunity to make purchases at the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show. However, it’s important to note that General Public attendees may not have access to wholesale prices and are more likely to encounter retail prices when making purchases. This means that while both groups can enjoy the show’s offerings, Wholesale attendees often benefit from exclusive pricing advantages not available to the General Public.

The City of Tucson will not be providing GemRide shuttle service this year. Shuttle service is provided exclusively by MS Transportation. Routes generally run at 15-20 minute intervals.

No children under the age of 14 are allowed at the JOGS Tucson Gem & Jewelry Show for the following reasons:

  5. Open the “Junk email” Tab: Under the “Mail” section, click on “Junk email” to access the junk email settings.

  6. Manage Safe Senders and Domains: In the “Junk email” settings, you’ll see several options. Look for “Safe senders and domains.” Click on it.

  7. Add Email Addresses or Domains: In the “Safe senders and domains” section, you can add email addresses or domains that you want to whitelist. You can enter individual email addresses or entire domains (e.g., Emails from these senders or domains will be considered safe.

  8. Click “Add”: After entering the email addresses or domains you want to whitelist, click the “Add” button to save them to your Safe Senders list.

  9. Save Your Changes: Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the “Save” button to apply your changes.

  10. Confirm Whitelisting: Double-check the list of safe senders and domains to ensure that the addresses you added are present.

Once you’ve whitelisted the email addresses or domains, will recognize them as safe, and emails from those sources should be delivered to your inbox without being marked as spam.
