JOGS San Diego Gem & Jewelry Show Application

To apply to exhibit at our upcoming event, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the red “Download PDF” button to download and open the PDF file that contains the exhibit application and contract, along with the booth prices and other important information about reserving a booth.
  2. Review the information in the PDF file carefully to determine the booth size and location that best fits your needs.
  3. Complete the application and contract form and ensure that all required information is filled in accurately and completely.
  4. Submit the completed form along with any additional required documentation via email to info@jogsshow.com
  5. If you prefer to apply online, you can also click on the “Apply Online” button and follow the prompts to submit your application and reserve a spot.
  6. Once your application has been received and processed, we will confirm your booth reservation and provide you with further instructions and details for the event.

Shipping pallets to the JOGS San Diego Show

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is the official pallet shipping partner of the 2024 JOGS San Diego Show.

Kindly refer to the enclosed flyer (PDF linked below) to view the shipping options and special pallet rates offered by UPS to exhibitors.

All pallets shipped by UPS will arrive on Exhibitor’s Set-Up Day, October 30th, 2024, and will be delivered directly to exhibitor booths at no additional charge for on-site delivery.

To make shipping arrangements, please contact UPS Trade Supply Chain Solutions representative Tawna Olson at (702) 891-5067 or via email at . Please note that pallets cannot be shipped to the show site to be received before the Set-Up dates.

Exhibitors who have made prior shipping arrangements with UPS or other pallet shipping service companies will have their pallets delivered by UPS-SCS from the San Diego Events Center loading dock to their booths.

UPS Supply Chain Solutions will also offer transportation services for non-UPS customers to move their pallets from the Mirage Events Center dock to their booths for $75 per pallet (pallets must weigh less than 1000 lbs. each).

Exhibitors who plan to bring merchandise to the show by pallets must arrange to drop off their pallets at the San Diego Convention Center loading dock on October 30th, 2024. Both JOGS San Diego Show and Gamut teams must be notified of the number of pallets to be dropped off by/for exhibitors before arrival for set-up.

Permits, Licenses & Taxes

All JOGS San Diego Show exhibitors are required to hold California’s Seller’s Permit to sell in the City of San Diego, CA.

Please contact the California’s State Board of Equalization and obtain an application for a Temporary Seller’s Permit (No fee). Please call 1-800-400-7115 or log onto https://tax.ca.gov/ to download the forms.

If you plan to make sales for less than 90 days in the State of California’s, you may apply for a Temporary Seller’s Permit.

Sales Taxes in the City of San Diego, CA

The City of San Diego’s Sales Tax rate is 7.75%.
