On-site Garage: Self-parking is available in our 3,100-space on-site parking garage, accessible from W. Symphony Park Avenue between Martin Luther King Boulevard and S. Grand Central Parkway. It is also accessible on Bonneville near the I-15 overpass between Grand Central Parkway and Martin Luther King Blvd. North Lot: Self-parking is also available in our new North Lot, accessible off of Symphony Park Avenue. The hours and availability of the North Lot is dependent upon each specific event needs.

Oversized Vehicle Parking

Oversized Vehicle Parking: Oversized Vehicle Parking can be available in the North Lot, accessible off of Symphony Park Avenue. An Oversized Vehicle is any vehicle larger than a private auto, van or SUV –including any vehicle towing a trailer, or a trailer to be stored on its own. The hours and availability of the North Lot is dependent upon each specific event’s needs.

Nevada residents receive up to 3 hours complimentary parking with valid NV driver license at exit gate, except during special events.

Parking Terms & Conditions

Your vehicle is accepted for parking only. We assume no liability for fire, theft, vandalism, flood or damage to your vehicle. We are not bailees and are not responsible for loss of or damage to any article left in vehicle. You acknowledge that you are in possession and control of all articles left in your vehicle. You acknowledge that the use of parking facilities and services entails known and unknown risks that may result in physical injury, emotional injury, death, or damages to you, your property or to third persons and third persons’ property. We hold no responsibility for damage or injury arising out of or relating to your use of parking facilities and services, including those relating to faulty brakes or mechanical problems. All claims must be presented prior to vehicle leaving the property. No employee has the authority to vary or increase our liability.

Self-Parking Rates: There is no charge for the first hour of self-parking at the properties listed below. Subject to certain exceptions described below, vehicles that are self-parked for over one hour will be subject to a parking fee.

The self-parking fee is $__ for vehicles parked over 1 to 4 hours, $__ for vehicles parked over 4 to 24 hours. For vehicles that are self-parked at these resorts over 24 hours, there is an additional self-parking fee of $__ for each additional day or fraction thereof.

Nevada residents with a valid Nevada driver license receive first 3 hours of self-parking, except during special events, at the above-listed properties at no charge and are subject to above-listed rates thereafter. Nevada residents must present their parking ticket and scan their valid Nevada driver licenses at the exit gate to receive up to 3 hours complimentary parking. Any payment due for parking after 3 hours must be paid at the exit gate. If you scan your parking ticket at the Self-Parking Pay on Foot kiosks, you will not receive the complimentary 3 hours of parking.

LOST TICKET: If you lose your self-parking ticket, we will attempt to determine how long your vehicle has been parked at our facility. If we can verify how long you have been parked, you will be charged for the actual amount of time parked. Otherwise, you will be charged a lost ticket parking fee of $30.00 per day.

Valet Parking Rates: Valet parking is complimentary for current Icon and X Unity by Hard Rock members. All complimentary parking is subject to availability. Registered hotel guests are only subject to the applicable daily rates as set forth below. Parking fees may be higher during special events. LOST TICKET: If you lose your parking ticket, we will attempt to determine how long your vehicle has been parked at our facility. If we can verify how long you have been parked, you will be charged for the actual amount of time parked. Otherwise, you will be charged a lost ticket parking fee of $35 (for vehicles under 30-feet in length) or $50 (for vehicles 30-feet in length or over) per 24-hour period based on the duration of your hotel stay/visit.
