Exhibitor Qualifications

JOGS is a long-standing organizer of gem, mineral, and jewelry trade shows, with flagship events in Tucson and Las Vegas.

For over 20 years, we have built a reputation as a trusted destination for serious B2B and B2C buyers, connecting them with carefully selected exhibitors from around the world.

Our shows are designed for real business — efficient, focused, and results-driven.

JOGS events are curated trade shows, not open markets. Every exhibitor is carefully reviewed to ensure alignment with buyer expectations, product relevance, and overall show quality.

• Industry-specific product categories only

We work exclusively with exhibitors offering products within the gem, mineral, and jewelry industry, including:

• Fine jewelry and designer collections
• Loose gemstones (natural and lab-grown)
• Rough gemstones and mineral specimens
• Crystals, fossils, and mineral décor
• Lapidary, carving, and faceting work
• Beads, components, and findings
• Gem and jewelry manufacturing supplies

Products outside of these categories are not accepted.

To exhibit at JOGS events (Tucson or Las Vegas), applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Operate as a legitimate business
• Offer products relevant to the industry
• Maintain professional presentation standards
• Align with both wholesale and retail buyer expectations

All applications are subject to review and approval by the JOGS team.

All exhibitors are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism throughout the event:

• Conduct business with integrity and transparency
• Communicate clearly and professionally
• Accurately represent all products
• Maintain a consistent and reliable presence during the show

Applicants must provide valid business documentation, including:

• Resale license or tax ID (for wholesale access, if applicable)
• Company website or active social media presence (if available)
• Complete business contact information

All products must meet industry standards:

• Full and accurate disclosure (natural, treated, lab-grown, etc.)
• No misrepresentation or counterfeit goods
• Compliance with all applicable trade regulations

JOGS reserves the right to approve or decline any application and request additional information if needed. Approved exhibitors must follow all show rules, meet payment deadlines, and provide required documentation.
