If you are transporting your merchandise without the help of third party servuices (UPS or other Freight Forwarders), please note the following:
JOGS Las Vegas Gem & Jewelry Show will have a staging area format for loading into the Show.
The Mirage Events Center is quite strict about the load in process and we will have to abide by their rules in order to have a successful load in.
The over-sized parking lot, (found here) will be the staging area for loading in. You will need to collect your pass for your vehicle in Stage 1 before you will be allowed to load in at Stage 2.
Please note, this is a temporary staging area, and you will not be permitted to park your vehicle in this lot after you have unloaded.
Once you are permitted to head to Stage 2, you may begin the load out process.
You will not be permitted into Stage 2 without your pass from Stage 1.
How to Arrive
From Las Vegas Blvd
Turn from Las Vegas Blvd onto Siegfried and Roy Dr.
Stay right onto Mel Torme Wy.
Take a Left on Buccaneer Blvd. Follow Signs for Mirage Over-Sized Parking
From I-15 Freeway
Take Exit 39 Spring Mountain Way from I-15
Take your first right onto Mel Torme Wy.
Take a Right on Buccaneer Blvd. Just passed the Treasure Island Self-Parking
Garage Follow Signs for Mirage Over-Sized Parking
From Sammy Davis Jr. Dr
Head North on Sammy Davis Jr.
Turn Right on Buccaneer Blvd.
A JOGS representative will be placed here with event security guard to issue you your pass for loading. You may have to hold here in this Staging lot until it is your turn to load.
Vehicles will be distinguished by two types. Regular Vehicle or Oversized Vehicle, your pass will be permitted based on the type of vehicle you have to unload.
Once the JOGS representative lets you know it is your turn to move to Stage 2, you will be permitted to do so. You will make your way down South Sammy Davis Jr. Dr, and proceed through event security with your pass and head to the loading dock
A separate JOGS representative will meet you at Stage 2 and will let you know where to unload and collect your pass upon leaving.
You will be allotted a set amount of time based on when you arrived.
There will be options to use the few carts (dollies) available for free on your own, or Gamut Event Services will take it in for you at $120 per cart load.
Also, Gamut Event; Services will have an option to collect, store during the Evedt, and redistribute your empty pallets for $65.
