The Colorado Convention Center (CCC) is a versatile convention facility located in Downtown Denver, Colorado. With a total space of 2,200,000 square feet, it ranks as the 12th largest convention center in the United States. It first opened its doors in June 1990 and has since undergone expansions, adding multiple meeting rooms, two ballrooms, and an indoor amphitheater in 2004. Annually, the center hosts around 400 events.
Situated centrally within the city, the Colorado Convention Center has become a prominent Denver landmark known for its distinctive architecture. It is adjacent to the Denver Performing Arts Complex and is just blocks away from the Colorado State Capitol, Auraria Campus, and the 16th Street Mall. The CCC also offers convenient access to public transportation through RTD’s Theatre District–Convention Center light rail station.
